Application Fields
RACTS-20V is mainly used for cycle life and quality testing of 3C digital intelligent batteries such as mobile phone batteries, digital camera batteries, and laptop batteries. It supports integrated charge/discharge data monitoring, enabling real-time, high-precision sampling, storage, analysis, and early warning of various battery parameters—providing reliable data references for R&D and production.

Multi-range auto switching with 0.02% F.S. accuracy
Supports different current ranges: 10mA–1A/1A–5A/5A–10A/10A–20A; Automatically and seamlessly switches between ranges during testing.
| Support multi-channel parallel connection
Through the software arbitrarily set the channel independent, parallel mode of operation, the combination of changes into n different current range of the test system, very convenient, support across the box multi-channel parallel to improve the current range.

Stable and accurate current and voltage sampling, using high-resolution ADC units with excellent long-term stability. |
Pulse condition
Supports current/power condition simulation with a minimum time interval of 50ms. Allows one-click import of working condition data to closely simulate real battery behavior.
| CCCV Charging
Constant current–constant voltage charging with seamless transition. No voltage/current impact, preventing the battery lugs from being de-powdered or the voltage overshoot caused by the interruption of the BMS switch.
